Asibiti is a non-profit social enterprise based in the USA and with operations in Africa. The health care services company organizes and manages independent community-based co-op associations across the continent.

Members of each asibiti co-op association are from the same community. Community associations in the same area work together to combat diabetes and hypertension through education, diagnosis, treatment, and healthy diet.
